Originating from the consultancy field, Lionel has become an important asset to Tekweni Air CC.  His design background stands him in good stead in the contracting field. Lionel has been responsible for the total contracting of major projects like Addington Hospital, Sun Coast Hotel, SARS Offices in Durban. He is a member of the National Executive Committee of SARACCA.

Jay Moodley has been part of the air-conditioning industry in Durban, for the past 35 years and heads the Service and Installation Department of Tekweni Air CC. His vast experience in the HVAC field has seen him involved in many types of systems from chilled water through to direct expansion. His latest project involvement was as the sub-contractor and labour co-ordinator for the ICC project in Durban which Tekweni Air CC contracted and completed in eighteen months. The first 70% of the project value was completed within six months of the site start date.

France Linda has been associated with the HVAC industry for twenty five years. Originally involved in the sheet metal industry, France has become an experienced and innovative contractor, and has ensured that all the work emanating from this company is of the highest order and in accordance with our quality control standards.

Peter Hamilton is established as one of the most experienced contractors in Durban. He also carries the reputation as being one of the most respected electrical and controls design engineers in the KwaZulu-Natal province. Peter has had many years both in the consultancy field, as well as the contracting areas.

 

David Norton heads the estimating and procurement section of Tekweni Air CC. He has been involved in the HVAC industry for a period of 30 years.

 

Lyn Potter heads up the financial and administrative section of Tekweni Air CC. She has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years.
